Added subtitles not visible due to cached Browse responses

Petr Nejedly repo owner created an issue
  • Browse to a folder
  • add a srt file
  • browse to the folder again - subtitles are not served in the Browse response

We should invalidate the local cache when subtitle files are added/removed/updated, similar to media files
