The "Force Refresh" does not re-export audio artwork and following changes to HD settings it is necessary to re-add the media data.

We have this for Video metadata. Either a separate action for audio (and images), or have the current button do them all.

It could also be moved to a repository level... Mark metadata for re-extraction in the Repository pull-down menu.
