Feature request: support svq1, svq3, cvid codecs (old QuickTime formats)

The Serviio debug log says it does not add videos in the Cinepak (cvid) or the Sorenson Video (svq1 or svq3) formats to the library database due to "unrecognized codec".

These were popular codecs for web and CD-ROM video in the late '90s/early '00s because they were standard options in QuickTime in that era. They are typically found in QuickTime .mov containers, sometimes also .avi for Cinepak.
