Former user created an issue 2018-06-05

I have the pro version of Serviio! I find it perfect. however there is only one problem. When transcoding is ticked on, the aspect ratio does not keep its actual size.

what profile are you using? Or is it MediaBrowser?

Also a detailed log of playing the file would help.
