Samsung BD-J5700 Missing Files

My Samsung BD-J5700 will not show mp4/mkv files though it will support and play these file types.

I realize this is likely an issue with the way the blu-ray player identifies itself to Serviio but even after manually assigning the profile, I am unable to get mp4/mkv files to display on the blu-ray and I do not have the same issue with other DLNA Servers (Universal Media Player) which find, display and play the mkv/mp4 files without problem.
