Force returning hidden containers in Browse and Search calls in CDS

Petr Nejedly repo owner created an issue

When users have hidden some categories, the Alexa skill will not get the expected results.

We should add a URL parameter showHiddenPresentationSettings that will work for both, /browse and /search endpoints and always return all categories.
