Flatten single season

Where there is only one season found within a series it would be nice to have an option for personal choice - to choose not to have to pass through the choice of season level (since there is no choice), but to go directly to the season contents when the series is entered.

Having checked the other issues - this would also work if it were possible to created a series of MOVIEs and not just a series of EPISODEs, eg to show all the Star Wars movies together instead of scattered by alphabetical title
