Crash of IP stack on MacOS 10.13.6 after few days run

Hello, I have a Mac Pro 2010 running 10.13.6 on which I run Serviio 2 (2.0 and 2.1 tested). This Mac is running normally 24/24 7/7 and its why I installed Serviio on it. Since Serviio installation I observe crashes of the TCP/IP stack after "few days" of run. I can't really tell more about the conditions that make the crash to happen. If I stop the Serviio server in the console and start/stop it only when I need it, I have no crash. If I boot the Mac and let Serviio running, after "few days" (~3 ?), the IP stack is stuck… In these conditions, the Mac is apparently running correctly but have no more network connection (Ethernet). It looks like a memory leak that block networking after a "buffer" saturation…
