Synology goes not in power save mode while Serviio is running

with update 2.0, bay 1 of my Synology is constantly active. Before that, it went into HDD powersave mode without any problems. But I can't find a setting that prevents Serviio from permanent access. will this be fixed in the 2.1 update (currently not available for NAS) or later?
