Request to update FFMPEG for QNAP NAS and other platforms to v5.0

To allow Serviio to detect Dolby Vision files correctly, please update FFMPEG for QNAP NAS and other platforms to v5.0 which is now available for free. I have tested it via a QNAP NAS and it works well.
