Serviio block a library when we power off Kodi reader while watching a movie

I have the bug with 2 different server.

when i watch a movie and just shut down Kodi player (or my amazon Fire stick) and come back after then Serviio bug and i can`t access the library without restarting the server.

Version 2.2.1 on windows pc btw
