Concatenate JAVA_OPTS env. variable at the /bin/serviio.sh

It would be greate to pass system properties (eg. -Dhttp.proxyHost=webcache.mydomain.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=8080) via the JAVA_OPTS environment variable at the /bin/serviio.sh
