Localization: replacement for Get Localization service

Hello,

It has been quite a long time since “Get Localization” closed its service, see https://getlocalization.wordpress.com

Nevertheless, the Serviio web site (https://serviio.org) still references this service, with a broken link: bottom link “Help translating” => http://www.getlocalization.com/serviio/

What will be now the alternative way to submit localization updates for Serviio? Transifex or another?
