Issue #174 wontfix

Former user created an issue 2010-09-25

I am running windows 7 x64 ultimate. I have jre and jdk v6u23 for 32 and 64 bit installed. When I launch the console I get the error message 'No JVM could be Found on you system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME'.

I have tried defining that ENV variable with no success. The service fails to start with value -1.

I have tested this with release 0.42 and 0.41 and the issue is the same.
