Sony BD players - Euro and US profiles for inclusion in v0.5

Sony BD players from both regions identify themselves with the same model string, so I've set it to auto detect to the Euro profile and this is obviously named. So a user will see this in the Status tab of Serviio Console and can just pull down and manually select US instead.
