Add some Advanced options on Serviio Icon right click

I would make some suggestions:

Is it possible to add some advanced options with sub sections like this? - Advanced _Start serviio service / Stop serviio service _Start serviio server / Stop serviio server _Open Debug console

added start/stop service into Start menu (Windows). Will leave the rest out for now.
