Improve stop and clean of transcoding files when we stop playing

If there is no way to stop a transcoding (and delete the temp file) when stopping the playback on the Player/TV, implement the two things below to minimize the problem.

After the playback of a transcoding file has been stopped, if another file is played that does not require transcoding, stop the previous transcoding and delete the temp file.

If there is a way to know the Player/TV have been turned off (DLNA client not present), Stop ongoing transcoding and clear temp file.

Add an option in the console to stop current transcoding and clear the temp file, so we can do it without having to use task manager and manual delete in te temp directory.
