This would be great. If it's possible to bookmark the file every few seconds, as it's being streamed, then I would think that would allow one to resume from pretty close to the last viewing point. This would be great for when there are network glitches over wifi.

as described in the linked forum. The TV sends message to Serviio when it stops playing a video and Serviio records it. It then gives this information back to the TV when it's browsing for the content next time and enables the Resume functionality.

Needs testing on a C series TV/player though, I have only B series which doesn't offer this functionality/
