Configure SSDP advertisment interval

TV: Samsung PN50C550 Serviio O/S: openSuSE 11.2

Having had issues with SSDP requests from the Samsung TV not working, and following other users issues, it seems to me that the SSDP advertisment period needs to be configurable. I understand t hat the current setting is part of the UPnP standard, and that issues are generally resolved by fixing multicast broadcasts and firewall settings, however I know that it works great once serviio advertises. The "proper" way is to fix the multicast problem, but if one can't, then making the SSDP as low as possible would be fantastic, at least a period of 1 minute, preferably configurable even lower.

the advertisment duration is now 3 minutes and further settable with -Dserviio.advertisementDuration=<number of seconds>
