Schedule when refresh occurs

Ideally, I'd like the refresh to occur once a day, an enhancement would be to provide a mechanism to start the refresh.

If possible, the serviio.sh/bat is passed -stop to shutdown the server. How about adding -refresh to kick off the refresh thread? One could then disable the timed refresh and manually kick it off via Windows scheduler or a cron job.

you can invoke the refresh by using the REST api if necessary. Scheduled refresh might be useful though
