Make serviio use .IFO instead of VOB for ripped DVD's

Issue #307 duplicate

Many people will rip a DVD to a folder, mostly to preserve the content and keep the menu structure as it is.

If Serviio would just read-in the .IFO files from these folders and list the movie by that file ( I.e. " Moviename" ( refers to path_to_file/video_0.ifo ) So hitting the PLAY button on the " Moviename" actually launches the original DVD menu allowing for audio and subtitles to be selected.

If the final selected set ( video, audio and subtitles ) then is packed into a .TS stream the whole would work....I think...

WIll look at ifo files, but it won't definitely allow for selecting audio tracks/subtitles as in the DVD's menu
