Samsung B-series: Support Video/Audio/Images menu

I stumbled across the following feature in the release notes for 0.5.2: "selecting Video/Audio/Images in the TV's menu will take you straight to the appropriate Serviio's browsing category"

Unfortunately it's for Samsung C/D series only. It would be great if this could be extended to also support the B series, if possible.

I've searched the forum and the issue tracker, but I have not found a discussion/ticket about this feature, so I don't know if there is a technical reason to limit it to the C/D series.

It's not possible on B series, not unless writing Serviio from scratch ;-)
