when pause video, also pause transcoding

when pause video, also pause transcoding and when video stops stop transcoding, and delete temp file

    this has been discussed many times and it's not going to happen because:

    1) serviio doesn't know where in the stream the renderer is 2) pause vs stop is the same operation on the UPnP level, so that deleting the file would disable pausing 3) another client can also watch the file at the same time
