Samsung D Series TV hangs on Menu Sort
Using Samsung All-Share, on a D Series TV, the Blue(D) button is available and will Sort the DLNA menus. The D button is also displayed for Sorting when using Serviio, however pressing it dims the TV screen, and the TV locks up and must be powered off. This is not an issue with the D Series BR Player since it offers no support for the Blue(D) button for either Sorting or Resume. Let me know by PM what debug info you require.

Here is the log. Started Serviio, Opened Folders on TV, Clicked D button to Sort, Screen Dimmed, Turned off TV, Exited Serviio.

repo owner there seems to be no incoming request from the TV, so it seems it might be a bug in their software or they are expecting some particular value from their server software.
You might confirm this by capturing packets via Wireshark when this happens to see if there is really no network activity from the TV at that point.

Account Deleted On my ToDo list. I've never used Wireshark. No ETA,

Account Deleted This hang also occurs when attempting to Sort pictures with Serviio. I will include captures of picture failures as well as videos in my tests.

Account Deleted Did the Wireshark show anything of value?

Account Deleted Selecting Title instead of Folder as sorting on my UE40D6200 causes Serviio to timeout in Allshare. Photos and Music categories are viewable, but Movies is inaccessible. Factory resetting Smart Hub doesn't do the trick to fix it.
I got around the issue by setting up a temporary DLNA server on my laptop (MediaShare.app) and browsing the Video category. This reset the sorting (as no alternative sorting was available on that server) and Serviio Video category was once more accessible.
Could this bug be because Serviio doesn't supply any alternative sortings?

repo owner Serviio doesn't support any sort of sorting

Account Deleted I see. Too bad Allshare looks shitty then. Alright, might just pass this to the wiki later on.
