YouTube.groovy tries to play formats > 1080p and fails

TV's only support videos up to 1080P so Youtube fmt=38 won't play. See http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3601 for details and for a revised youtube.groovy that will restrict playback to 1080p formats maximum. I also note that fmt=44 , 854x480 MP4-AVC is not included in the groovy list of formats. Unless there is a reason you excluded it it should be added.
