Add additional HTTP methods to plugin abstract class

POST/PUT, cookies, other headers

possibly look at NHL center plugin and check we can cover all the functionality of http builder in use

    it's better for devs to use RestClient as there are many options and the API would not be complete. Look at ITVPlayer plugin for examples.
