Debug log for LG tv/player file attempt to play: Moonrise.Kingdom.2012.LiMiTED.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS video stream: h264 720p ~5000kbps audio stream: DTS 6 channels ~1510kbps
important info about TV: model LG PX950 2011 tv is h264 compliant, plays any h264 (mkv/ts) at 15000 kpbs or less. I'll need to reencode bdremux stream because of high bitrate. I use handbrake with "normal" profile. tv don't play dts streams. need reencode to ac3. tv don't play mkv with packet heads. need to set stream to "none" in mkvtoolnix.

"tv don't play mkv with packet heads. need to set stream to "none" in mkvtoolnix." What is mkv packet heads ? Could you point me the mkvtoolnix option?
Are you talking about "Extra Options / Compression : none" ?
-
Account Deleted yes, exactly that option: Extra Options / Compression : none
if that option is set to anything than "none" the mkv do not play.
hope it help.

reporter Ok, not sure what to try next. The TV makes 2 requests, I return no content with the right (I think) headers, but it stops after the 2 requests. Will probably park this one, unless someone can get me wireshark capture using the server from the link in the main article here.
-
Account Deleted if you guide me throug this wireshark thing, I can do the tests. Just say what you need.

reporter The first thing would be to get the server from the link, with the proxy they have in the topic to download, work and play your mkv file. One you get that working I'll give you more info.
