Extend Selection of Audio Category Folders

The present selection of category folders for Audio is sparse and not sufficient to satisfy the need for a competent audio server. This need is reflected in different aspects in tickets #204, #367 and #542. I propose the addition of the following selections:

Artist -> Title

Genre -> Artist -> Title

Year -> AlbumArtist -> (Album) -> Title

Album -> Title

No.4 depends on possible limitation for the no. of levels.

There might be a problem naming the top level folder since there will be more than one of each. Depending on how many characters are allowed in the folder name, it could be e.g: "Artist 1 / Artist 2" or "Artist-Album / Artist.
