No warning/error message when duplicate link added to console

If a link that already has been added to online resources is added again, Serviio accepts the add action and returns to the online resources list making it appear the add has been accepted, except the link is not added and no message appears indicating it was a duplicate so was not added.

The API will just deal with it and consider this not an error, therefore no error message. I don't consider this a big issue as it won't make any difference to the browsing experience.
