Feature Requests for Music: High Res Albumart, Containers and Sort Order

1. Option to set DC:Title as %track%. %title%, on all views, rather than just %title% to ensure sort order on renderers with poor behaviour.

2. Option to categorise containers into subsections if number of members is greater than X...eg. Categorise Artists into Symbols, Numbers, A-C,D-F,G-I, etc.

3. Allow option for high res albumart on upnp:AlbumartURi
