User profiles

Possibility to create user profiles, which would enable parental control. Just an on/off for selected folders might do. Could also feature IP black/white list. Might be IP based/time based/PIN-for-all based. Will probably start with 2 profiles (default, restricted).

This has to enable/disable access to files across all browsing categories (i.e. file must disappear from videos/titles/actors/genres/etc)!!

a PIN could be in the console via API - that would enable a mobile app using the APP to turn this on/off quickly without going to the console

Seperate last viewed "folders" Maybe setup that when a different profile is loaded the "Last watched" field in the database is changed to the last watched for the new profile.

I think the addition of having a PIN for certain folders would be a great addition for this already excellent software.

For parental control, I suggest another idea.

On serviio console "Shared Folder", we could add a "display/enable" button on first column like the online sources.

Because for the moment the only solution is to remove folder to disable it, then you have to add and rescan the folder to enable it.

just downloaded serviio but the UI for this wasn't visible.

is it not resolved for version 1.0?
