Option to select/discard files by their suffixes to be indexed in serviio db

Serviio should have an option to manually select the file types to be included in the indexing process. <-> Discarding not wanted file types.

E.g. only include .avi and .mp4 files under video, discarding the rest from bloating the database and appearing on the rendering device at all.
