Please consider adding support to transcode TO .ogg format

Please consider adding support to allow transcoding audio to .ogg format for better quality audio at low bit rates (e.g. 96k or lower). This will allow for more reliable streaming over 3G networks with reasonable audio quality.

OGG as a destination format/container is supported by ffmpeg. Examples of ffmpeg command line for OGG transcoding & streaming can be found reviewing various examples of subsonic setups (one such example: http://bernaerts.dyndns.org/phone/198-android-subsonic-configuration).
