Revert Sony AAC Audio changes

For Sony 2011 US TV (and possibly others)
After version 0.6.2 I believe the Sony profile was changed to allow the TV to natively decode AAC instead of transcoding it (before it was all transcoded).
However the TV is a bit picky on what it accepts. As of right now, the profile logic is not setup to properly feed the TV only the AAC audio it can actually decode. Unless the profile can be corrected to transcode only the AAC types that don't work, the logic should be reverted to transcode all AAC again.

I've also hit this problem, too, and I certainly believe that I'm not unique.
While I think that sometimes it is necessary to make some risky changes to see how they behave, based on what I've head on the forums, this is a change that has caused a lot of problems to people. This means to me that the implications of the change are not well understood. I think it's better that it is reverted, until a more complete solution is found.
