Live online media streaming (bandwidth saving)

Issue #673 resolved
Former user created an issue

This is a recap of former request #559, which receivedno response yet. I would therefore like to draw attention to it once more, since I believe it is an unnecessary "pain" to other users as well:

When using a live online stream on a single device, Serviio initiates the online (internet) connection to the resource and streams to the respective LAN device. When a second LAN device starts streaming the same live online resource, Serviio initiates an additional online connection to this resource, thus doubling used internet bandwidth. This is an unnecessary extra load on the internet connection. As a live stream, it is only necessary to receive the data once and then offer/stream them to any number of devices from this single data thread, without creating additional online connections, thus saving bandwidth.

This now works for devices using the same profile and quality. The transcoding process will be shared for all the matching devices.
