HD Thumbnails for Online Sources

Online thumbnails are not the same quality as the local content thumbnails

Noticible on ServiiGo, PS3 and my Bravia TV

    They should still be 320x320, but if the plugin only provides lower resolution as the original image, there is nothing i can do.
