Use a marker in file name for 3D Movies
Issue #768
new
Use a marker within a filename to differentiate 3D moves from their 2D counterparts. Refer http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15754 and http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=15477.
Use a marker in the filename - eg. "[3D]", delimited by dots or spaces - to tell Serviio that this is the 3D version of the movie. Serviio could then search the online metadata sources excluding the "[3D]" marker from the search. On retrieving metadata:
- append "3D" to the title returned by the online search
- possibly add an additional "3D" genre to that returned by the search
- possibly use the 3D cover image in preference (if one exists and if possible)
Note that the square brackets (or similar) is needed as some movies in themoviedb.org have "3D" or variants in their name already.
