No video files displayed on my tv screen

I installed Serviio successfully. I can see music and photo files w/o any issues but my video files aren't displayed on the TV screen (Samsung series E). More in details: I can display the folders down to the folder where the videos are stocked but when openning this last folder no videos are displayed whatever the type of video it is (wmv, avi, mpeg...). Help, please.
