Ability to Skip the Letters List in Music Artists

I would love to be able to skip the letters lists when i select music artists so that instead of

Artists/ABCDEF../Artists beginning with A I get Artists/List of all artists.

I prefer being able to see all artists rather than having to drill down into the letter they begin with. Not asking for you to take away the ABC option just to have it removable if desired.
