This list is currently not bolded as per the first image, which makes it hard to use, whereas all the other list and grid menus including the list of items in each feed per second image are bolded.

It's because they are containers, not items. It works like that across the app.

Maybe you could use a brighter grey or Bold? They are so dull they look greyed out. Your call..
