"Expires Immediately" is Ignored on non-"live" streams

Former user created an issue

"Expires Immediately=true" should cause a video feed to be re-extracted at playback time. As the attached log shows, (where the feed urls are hls files), if "live=false", the re-extraction is not performed.

    Cancelled. Expires Immediately works correctly for both live and non-live feed items. It was a bug in my groovy that caused it to fail.
