Ability for user controllable video transcoding of online resources

For online resources a rewrapping is often needed without video transcoding. But some problematic codec brands (e.g. incompatible) need video transcoding with a certain renderer. I would like an option in the console applications to control video transcoding for online content. Mainly since I am missing the ability to control transcoding based on the important ffmpeg COMPATIBLE_BRANDS parameter in the profiles configration. Therefore I suggest an option in the transcoding panel named 'Online video compatibility' on/off which superseeds the video transcoding for all online targets. Reminding of 'forceVtranscoding' but user controllable and with on/off ability. If this not is considered to be implemented I suggest that Issue #811 is considered to maintain Serviio as the leading online transcoding DLNA media server.
