Ends up in a state of high CPU usage

The server process often ends up in a state with hight CPU usage (>50%) even when idle and need to be restarted to go down. Disturbing and gives the impression of buggy software (WIndows 8 32-bit).

Without any further details it's difficult to fix this.

It could be caused by - library being updated - FFmpeg still running due to a previous transcode job

Both of which are expected.
