Add MKV to valid target container output

Add MKV/Matroska to the targetContainerEnumType in Profile.xsd

As MKV has become a standard format, it would be nice to be able to keep keep my files in there original container.

MKV is not a valid format for streaming (ie transcoding to on-the-fly)
