IMDB Number ignored if it's in captials

IMDB number isn't found if the TT is in capitals.

I tried renaming the film and updated the year in themovedb.org as the year was wrong but when I looked in the log the IMDB_ID was null.

I had originally tried the IMDB on Birthday Girl (Birthday Girl (2001) [tt0188453]) which I was never able to get detected correctly until you added the IMDB number so I knew it worked then I noticed that TT on that film was in lower case.
