When transcoding video to hls, playback does not start at segment 0

    The bug is on an hls transcode, if playback is quit using the X on the "playlist" screen, a subsequent request to play the same video will not restart it at zero, but rather at the realtime duration from the time the prior playback was quit.

    I think it's resolved, as per the criteria - ie playback in MediaBrowser.

    I suspect the forum user reported a different issue (seems like he was accessing the API directly), but cannot fix that without more details.
