Issue #914 invalid

Former user created an issue 2016-01-27

On IE, Exports may be opened for viewing or saved to a directory of choice. On Chrome, exports are treated as downloads and automatically saved to chrome://downloads/

This is how browsers treat downloads. As long as the users can download the file, I'm fine with that

OK, found that chrome has an advanced option to allow uses to select open/save like IE does automatically.
