At the time of my original post in the forum I have patched the serviio package I maintain for ClearOS with the three suggested changes. So far about 10,000 downloads and no complaints. I have a BDP-370 (EU) myself that I have used for testing the bdp2010 profile. With the changes I can play a lot more h265 combinations than without it.

As a bonus, the proposed changes will allow playback of h264 high profile for bdp2010 too.
