transcoding to mpegts consumes excessive cycles resulting in pixelation, whereas transcoding to mpeg requires ~ 20% less.

I think the fix for ~~#939~~ should fix this as well.

There should be no difference in transcoding to mpegts vs mpeg CPU-wise (codec is the same) and it definitely has no effect on pixelated delivery.

Please re-test with 1.7 beta, I have only limited subset of h265 content.
