Create Linux installation packages

We should be able to build a (32-bit) version of ffmpeg and dcraw to include with the installations.

We should provide the packages with JRE included.

We should provide .deb (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint) and .rpm (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Fedora, CentOS).

We should still keep the .tz vanilla download for intergators and other Linux versions too.
